Workwear Printing & Printed Company Logos

Give your team a clear company identity with printed logos on suitable workwear. Start with a chest logo, add a larger back design or combine print and embroidery. Chest prints and back prints

A chest print is a compact place for your business name or logo. Supported tops offer left or right breast positions; specified pocket positions are available on supported trousers and shorts. Each application costs £3.50 excluding VAT, with no print setup fee.

A back print costs £6 excluding VAT per garment, including a supported A3 back request. A3 is an upper boundary of 297 × 420 mm, not a guarantee that this whole area fits every garment. The artwork shape, garment size, seams and available panel determine the actual usable area. Chest plus back printing is £9.50 ex VAT (£11.40 inc VAT) in applications per garment, before clothing and delivery.

Printed T-shirts, polo shirts and hoodies

Printed T-shirts suit a prominent company name, an event design or a larger back message. Compare cotton, blends and performance fabrics against the job, comfort requirements and supplier care guidance. A print method suitable for one fabric may not suit another.

Printed polos can coordinate a customer-facing uniform, while hoodies and sweatshirts provide a useful additional layer. On hoodies, the hood can obscure the upper back and pockets or zips can interrupt a front design. A front-and-back request is reviewed against the actual style rather than placed on a generic garment outline.

Which printing method will be used?

The online choice is Print. You do not need to choose a manufacturing process to get started. The team reviews the file, garment fabric, colours, detail, order quantity and intended use before confirming the suitable production method.

For a particular transfer, vinyl, DTF or other print requirement, add a note and ask the team to confirm availability and compatibility. The catalogue does not promise every printing process on every style. Colour references and important fine detail should be supplied with the artwork.

Getting your logo ready for printing

Upload a clear PNG, JPG or PDF up to 5 MB. A transparent PNG is helpful when you want the garment to show around the design. Small website screenshots can lose sharpness at a larger finished size; send your original file if available. If your vector file is in another format, contact the team to arrange production review.

Include the exact wording, desired print colours and any important brand references. A white rectangle or background in your file should be discussed rather than assumed to disappear. If you are unsure of size, choose a standard starting size and ask us to confirm the proportions on the production proof.

Order one style or build a team uniform

Choose a garment, add the quantities for each size and colour, then continue to logos. Tap the Print or Embroidery picture, choose a supported position and upload a PNG, JPG or PDF up to 5 MB. You can type a company name, use saved artwork or send the logo later. Standard sizes provide a starting point; special sizes and colour instructions can be added. Review the clothing, logo applications, setup, delivery and VAT before saving your draft.

You can mix sizes and colours of the same style for garment quantity pricing. Application prices are per logo, per garment. In the basket, adjust the number of garments receiving an application if some items should stay plain. Keep any individual names or different business logos clearly specified; a single uploaded file does not describe every variation.

Approval, care and returns

The garment picture shows approximate placement, not a production proof. Stock, the finished design, colours, position, garment compatibility and any embroidery estimate need confirmation before payment and production. A saved draft does not reserve stock or place a paid order. Allow a working production estimate of five working days after cleared payment and artwork approval, subject to availability and the confirmed specification.

Follow the agreed print care guidance and garment label. Tell us about special wash requirements before confirming the order. Plain items have a 30-day change-of-mind return policy. Items personalised with your logo, printing or embroidery cannot be returned for a change of mind. Your rights for faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied goods are unaffected.
