FOR ESTABLISHED CORPORATE CUSTOMERS
Your team.
An agreed account.
Request a corporate credit account with Sandycroft Workwear Ltd. Our draft standard is Net 30: payment due 30 calendar days from the invoice date.
Download credit application & agreementFillable PDF · draft for legal review · credit is not activated by submitting the form.
All ordinary orders require cleared payment before garments are ordered or print and embroidery commence. Only an accepted order within a formally approved credit account can proceed under the agreed account terms.
What Net 30 means
Add 30 calendar days to the valid invoice date. An invoice dated 7 October 2026 is due 6 November 2026. It is not 30 days from the end of the month. Under the draft agreement, an invoice is issued on or after delivery or collection and sent promptly to the agreed accounts-payable address.
Net 30 is our proposed agreed commercial term, rather than a universal legal requirement. Public authorities and organisations with their own procurement framework need separately reviewed terms.
Who can apply?
The form is intended for UK limited companies, PLCs and LLPs purchasing for business use. We review the legal entity, proposed spend, accounts contact and credit request manually. A credit limit is not guaranteed.
Consumers, sole traders, unincorporated partnerships, overseas entities and public authorities should contact us for appropriate arrangements. This form contains no personal guarantee and should not be adapted into one.
How the application works
- Complete your company details. Include the registered name, company number, invoice address and purchasing and accounts contacts.
- Describe the order and requested limit. Tell us your estimated monthly spend, PO process and delivery requirements.
- Return the application. Email the completed PDF to sales@chesterworkwear.uk. Do not attach bank statements, identity documents or card details unless a separate secure process has been agreed.
- Wait for written approval. The supplier completes the credit schedule. Both authorised company representatives sign the agreement before credit is activated.
Credit limits, invoices and overdue payments
The approved limit includes VAT and counts unpaid invoices plus accepted, unbilled commitments. Orders outside the limit may require a deposit, cleared payment or a separately agreed increase. Invoices are issued to the legal purchasing company with the agreed PO details.
The draft preserves applicable statutory late-payment interest, fixed compensation and reasonable additional recovery costs where legally recoverable. It also explains genuine invoice queries, suspension rights and limits on suspension during insolvency proceedings. The team must confirm the final terms before operating credit accounts.
What is in the downloadable agreement?
The PDF includes the fillable application, approval schedule, Net 30 worked example, purchasing authority, artwork approval, plain and branded returns, cancellation, delivery, ownership, late payment, privacy information and company signatures. A review annex identifies the legal sources and business decisions to confirm.
It is a professionally structured draft for solicitor review, not a solicitor-certified contract or an already approved credit offer. The online customer area does not yet provide credit balances or credit checkout.
