Corporate Workwear & Company Uniforms

One company identity. A uniform that works for every role. Plan polos, printed T-shirts, embroidered outerwear and practical work trousers for your teams across the UK.

Build a uniform around the job

Start with a role list: customer-facing staff, office teams, mobile engineers, warehouse operatives and outdoor colleagues. Agree the fabric, fit, wash requirements and colour palette for each role before applying your branding. A logo does not turn an everyday garment into protective clothing; select any required safety specification separately.

Our catalogue includes 3,700 styles across 72 brands. Compare product specifications and size guides, then collect wearer quantities by product code, colour and size. Discuss plain fit samples before committing to a branded rollout.

A clear brief for procurement and accounts

Send the purchasing legal entity, delivery postcodes, headcount, garment allocation per wearer, brand guidelines and required date. Include a purchase order reference and your accounts-payable contact if your business uses a PO process. A saved basket gives the team a starting specification to check, rather than a stock reservation.

For multiple sites, agree the quantities, named receiving contact and delivery arrangements for each address in the quotation. The standard online delivery estimate covers one delivery; split shipments, special packing and wearer-labelled bundles need a separate agreed quote.

Company logo embroidery and printing

Embroidery can suit company-logo polos, fleeces and jackets where the fabric and position allow stitching. Print gives a flat finish for larger messages and suitable T-shirts or hoodies. You can combine an embroidered breast logo with a printed back on supported garments.

Breast or supported pocket print is £3.50 ex VAT and back print is £6 ex VAT per application. Embroidery reference estimates start at £5 ex VAT for standard breast text or logo, and £7.50 for a breast football style badge. New embroidery setup is £25 ex VAT per design, position and size unless the disclosed waiver applies. Final stitch requirements and garment suitability are reviewed before confirmation.

Control the proof, quantities and budget

Keep one authorised brand contact for spelling, logo colours, dimensions and positioning. The screen preview is approximate; approve the final artwork and garment specification before production. Different staff names are separate designs and must be quoted individually.

The basket separates garments, branding, setup, delivery and VAT. Quantity pricing and clothing discounts are compared automatically using the cheaper eligible clothing price, without stacking. Supplier stock and final prices are confirmed before payment or an approved credit order is accepted.

Repeat orders without losing the specification

Save garment codes, colours, sizes and approved logo dimensions together. Signed-in customers can keep artwork, favourites, saved baskets and order drafts, then reprice a repeat draft. A previously uploaded image is not automatically an approved embroidery machine file.

Plan replacement garments for new starters and fit changes. A repeat order still needs current stock, prices and artwork checks. Allow five working days after the agreed payment requirement and artwork approval, subject to availability; discuss any fixed event or rollout date before ordering.

Corporate credit by agreement

Eligible UK limited companies and LLPs can request a credit account. The proposed standard is Net 30: payment due 30 calendar days from the invoice date. An invoice dated 7 October 2026 is due 6 November 2026. This is an agreed commercial term, not an automatic legal entitlement.

Credit checks, a supplier-approved limit and a signed agreement are required. Credit is not activated by downloading or submitting the application. Until approval, the usual cleared-payment requirement applies. Public bodies and any customer needing different procurement terms should request a separately reviewed agreement.

Returns and changes

Plain items have a 30-day change-of-mind return policy subject to the published conditions. Branded or personalised items cannot be returned simply because you change your mind. Applicable rights for faulty, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied items remain.

Confirm wearer sizes and logo details before approval. If plans change after an order is accepted, contact the team immediately so committed garments and work can be assessed before further costs are incurred.
