Workwear Logo Artwork Guidelines
Send the best version of your logo that you have. You do not need to know the production process to start an order, but a clear file and a few instructions help us understand the result you want.

This ordering system accepts PNG, JPG and PDF files up to 5 MB. Use a clear, high resolution version. If you have original vector artwork in another format, contact the team so it can be supplied for production review.
Choose a transparent PNG if you do not want a background around the design. A preview image does not guarantee that the file is ready for production.
Tell us the finished size
Enter width and height in millimetres. Breast embroidery reference pricing is based on designs up to 90 mm wide; back reference pricing is based on designs up to 250 mm wide.
Use the artwork notes for print or thread colours, placement preferences and important lettering. Include a colour reference if your business uses a defined brand colour.
Approval before production
The on-screen garment preview shows approximate placement. It is not a production proof. Garment features, seams, artwork proportions and the decoration method may change the suitable position.
Artwork must be checked and approved before production. If your file is not available yet, choose artwork to follow and keep the order as a draft until the design can be confirmed.
