Printed Workwear Hoodies & Company Sweatshirts
Build a branded warmer layer with a printed company logo on a suitable hoodie or sweatshirt. Choose the garment for your team, then select chest and back applications with clear costs.
Pullover, zipped or crew neck?
A pullover hoodie provides a broad front panel, but a pouch pocket can limit a lower design. A zipped hoodie splits the front and needs logo placement clear of the zip. A crew neck sweatshirt avoids a hood covering the upper back. Compare the actual garment photographs and supplier details before settling on the design.
Check how the layer fits over the rest of the uniform and agree the size quantities before branding. Use the chosen style’s measurements, fabric and care information; a familiar size label in another brand is not a guarantee of the same fit.
Choose a readable chest or back logo
A small chest company logo and a larger back name can work together where the garment supports both. Think about whether the hood hides the top of the back design when it rests down. Include this preference in the notes for the production review.
Use a clear original logo rather than an enlarged small screenshot. Upload a PNG, JPG or PDF up to 5 MB. If exact colours matter, include a reference so the artwork review can discuss the result against the chosen garment colour.
Printing charges you can check
Chest applications cost £3.50 ex VAT and back applications cost £6 ex VAT per garment. Both together are £9.50 ex VAT (£11.40 inc VAT) in printing charges. There is no print setup fee; garment costs and delivery are separate.
A large back request must still fit the actual panel and garment size. For a specialist print requirement, tell the team the process or finish you need so availability and compatibility can be confirmed.
Build a uniform with different layers
Mix sizes and colours of the same style for garment quantity pricing. Coordinate a printed hoodie with a polo or T-shirt in the rest of the order. You can request embroidery on one supported position and print on another, with each application shown separately.
Keep individual staff names or multiple logos clearly specified. If only some garments need the design, adjust the branded quantity in the basket rather than leaving the application on every item.
Order and approve your hoodie design
Choose a garment, add the quantities for each size and colour, then continue to logos. Tap the Print or Embroidery picture, choose a supported position and upload a PNG, JPG or PDF up to 5 MB. You can type a company name, use saved artwork or send the logo later. Standard sizes provide a starting point; special sizes and colour instructions can be added. Review the clothing, logo applications, setup, delivery and VAT before saving your draft.
The garment picture shows approximate placement, not a production proof. Stock, the finished design, colours, position, garment compatibility and any embroidery estimate need confirmation before payment and production. A saved draft does not reserve stock or place a paid order. Allow a working production estimate of five working days after cleared payment and artwork approval, subject to availability and the confirmed specification.
Plain items have a 30-day change-of-mind return policy. Items personalised with your logo, printing or embroidery cannot be returned for a change of mind. Your rights for faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied goods are unaffected.
