Local help with a company logo order
Prepare a list of styles, colours, sizes and wearer quantities. Include the logo, preferred position and any deadline. If you are unsure whether a chest design should be printed or stitched, compare the visual method cards and service guides, then ask for suitability advice.

Transparent printing and embroidery charges
Chest printing is £3.50 ex VAT per application and back printing is £6, with no print setup fee. Chest embroidery reference estimates start at £5 ex VAT for standard text or logo and £7.50 for a football style badge; larger back embroidery has separate estimates. Garment, setup, delivery and VAT are itemised.
New embroidery setup is £25 ex VAT per artwork, position and finished size, subject to the agreed waiver only above £395 of eligible clothing and branding after discounts. Artwork detail and suitability require review before the final order is confirmed.
Ordering for one team or several sites
Mix sizes and colours of the same style, and add different layers for different jobs. Record any separate logo or wearer-name requirements clearly. Saving a draft keeps your specification available but sends an acknowledgement without taking payment or reserving stock. Contact the team with your draft reference to discuss it.
UK delivery is currently estimated at £8 ex VAT per order, or choose free collection subject to confirmation. Provide the full address, postcode and required date so service and timing can be checked. We do not promise a same-day local service or an unconfirmed delivery deadline.
Fit checks and repeat orders
Plain items have a 30-day change-of-mind return policy. Items personalised with your logo, printing or embroidery cannot be returned for a change of mind. Your rights for faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied goods are unaffected.
For a repeat uniform, keep the product code and approved logo specification together. Current prices and supplier availability are reviewed again so replacement clothing can be checked against your existing uniform.
