Embroidered Work Jackets, Fleeces & Softshells
Carry your company identity onto suitable outer layers with a stitched logo. Compare fleeces, softshells, gilets and work jackets, then request an embroidery specification that fits the construction and intended use.
Start with the garment specification
Choose warmth, movement and weather features before choosing the logo. A fleece, softshell and waterproof jacket serve different purposes. Review the individual product description and supplier specification for fabric, lining, pockets, performance and care requirements.
An embroidery option on the shop does not certify the decorated garment for a particular task. Where a garment has protective, high visibility or weather-performance requirements, ask the team to check the proposed decoration against that specification. Do not assume that a generic stitched logo preserves every performance claim.
Check the area available for embroidery
A chest logo needs an accessible area clear of pockets, zips and seams. Linings and specialist outer fabrics may require a different production approach or make the requested position unsuitable. Fleece texture also affects how fine lettering appears.
Use the supported position pictures to show the preferred area and include any important garment features in your notes. The final finished dimensions are agreed after review, rather than inferred from an on-screen overlay.
Company logo costs
Chest reference estimates up to 90 mm wide are £5 ex VAT for standard text or logo and £7.50 for a football style badge. Back reference estimates up to 250 mm wide are £8 and £12 respectively. Each application is charged per garment; clothing and delivery are separate.
New embroidery setup is £25 excluding VAT (£30 including VAT) per artwork, position and finished size. The same approved specification across garments is counted once. A chest logo and a back logo need separate setups. Setup is waived only when clothing and branding after discounts exceed £395, excluding VAT, delivery and setup; exactly £395 does not qualify. Reusing an existing production file needs staff approval.
Coordinate outerwear with the rest of the uniform
Keep the approved logo reference with the style code, garment colour and size list. For a mixed uniform, a matching chest logo on polos and outerwear can help staff look coordinated while wearing different layers. Matching artwork, position and finished size share one setup within the order.
Thread colours and detail still need checking on each fabric. If the same design must change size to fit a pocket or panel, that can become a separate embroidery specification.
Order jackets and fleeces
Choose a garment, add the quantities for each size and colour, then continue to logos. Tap the Print or Embroidery picture, choose a supported position and upload a PNG, JPG or PDF up to 5 MB. You can type a company name, use saved artwork or send the logo later. Standard sizes provide a starting point; special sizes and colour instructions can be added. Review the clothing, logo applications, setup, delivery and VAT before saving your draft.
The garment picture shows approximate placement, not a production proof. Stock, the finished design, colours, position, garment compatibility and any embroidery estimate need confirmation before payment and production. A saved draft does not reserve stock or place a paid order. Allow a working production estimate of five working days after cleared payment and artwork approval, subject to availability and the confirmed specification.
